About ServiceFlow

Two builders. One platform. Built for the Philippines.

ServiceFlow is a small operations platform for Philippine salons, barbershops, and spas — bookings, payroll, reports, and growth campaigns on one signed-in surface.

Origin

How ServiceFlow began.

A short note on who we are and why we're building this.

ServiceFlow is a two-person team — a full-stack developer and a friend — turning a long-running side project into something a salon owner can run their day on.

We started because the existing options for a Philippine salon either felt like spreadsheet work pretending to be software, or like global SaaS bolted onto an industry it didn't understand. Bookings, payroll, reports, and the customer-facing site are all things one operator already juggles in their head — they should sit on one signed-in surface, not five.

We're not chasing scale before the product earns it. We'd rather ship something narrow and useful, listen to the small number of operators using it, and let the platform grow the way the floor actually works.

Thanks for reading. If you're curious where the product is headed, the contact details below go straight to us.

What we believe

Three constraints we keep coming back to.

  1. I

    Local, not localized.

Built in the Philippines, for the Philippines. Currency, cash flow, the way operators actually run their floors — these are the defaults, not a settings page bolted on later.

  2. II

    Small by design.

A two-person team means decisions stay close to the product. Less committee, less roadmap theater, more time spent on the things an operator notices on a Tuesday.

  3. III

    Operations first.

Bookings, payroll, reports, and the customer-facing booking site live on one surface. We resist adding features that look good in screenshots but don't earn their place on the floor.

A note from the team

“I wanted to build something a salon owner could open on a Monday morning and feel like the software was on their side. That is still the goal — every feature gets measured against it.”
